hummus of course: best snack ever with some raw veggies.
They're also a nice addition to a simple vegetable stir fry or roast.

I found this great chickpea and sage recipe for whole wheat spaghetti at VegetarianTimes.com: 1 can chickpeas, sage, olive oil, tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic, and honey to taste. About 300 calories per serving.1

I use pinterest for recipes. Yesterday I made some lovely chickpeas with smoked paprika, garlic....yum I just learned that eating chickpeas increases the good bacteria in your bowels by crowding out the bad ones.0
