What is for dinner?

Lately I've been having a Spinach Salad for dinner. It's what I have been in the mood for..oddly enough.
I used to buy this salad at a restaurant before I moved and loved it. But that restaurant chain isn't here.
So I went online and found a recipe for the salad dressing..and I've eaten it a lot since
Dressing is greek yogurt, honey, poppy seeds and lemon juice.
I have spinach, grated cheddar, cucumber, tomato, a boiled egg, mushrooms, peppers and top with the dressing.
It is divine.
Last night I also had a baked parmesan tomato...sliced tomato spread with pesto and sprinkled with parmesan. Delicious.
I'm vegetarian so cheese is often my protein. I also have 2 protein shakes every day.
I feel good...not starving and in the zone.
had ice cream yesterday..once in my shake...sneaky way to get a treat uh?
Tonight I'll do the salad again and some lentil soup I made. I prepped so I wouldn't have to cook this week except for the kids.
Next week will be easier work wise but still I'll prepare in advance.
