This is the week that I am not able to workout as much (due to regularly scheduled activites), so this will definitely be a challenge. But, I am up for it and excited about finding some different activities to do in lieu of not being able to go to the gym.0 -
I'm in also. I did a short 45-minute workout this morning. I plan to do another 30 minutes after work. I'll post my Monday calorie burn in the morning.

Count me in Coach & team, I will try my best as I will be out of town 4 days of this week so don't know how much of a chance I will get there. But I do plan to bring my Snowshoes and so are a couple of the others girls so if there is some good snow we plan on working it!
