- We commit to exercising 6 days per week for 45 minutes minimum per workout session.
- No eating out for 30 days - No fast food, no restaurants, etc.
Starting today this is going to be a challenge because my birthday is this month and i have lots of free birthday lunches and dinners to attend. So i am going to modifie this a little just ONE day of eating out. Who with me???? :smile: :drinker:

    I wanted to do it but I will be away for work for a week so not eating out will not work. I won't when I can and I plan do only eat salad or baked fish out

    I started on saturday no eating out for 30 days, Im on day 3 and going strong.

    Wow, no eating out? I don't think I could do this challenge. I need to combine it with something else. Eating out = socializing for me. Hmmmm....
