Why should you begin, because, you never should have stopped. Remember a time when you were in shape, why were you in shape? Because you moved, because you ate well, or not as much, or not at all, you were on a mission. Ask yourself, who were you doing it for. If you did it for you why did you stop?

Reality check: Most of us are overweight and out of shape because we don’t care enough about ourselves to care for ourselves.

Any other explanation absent a disease or condition that prevents you from providing yourself with the needed excercise or nutrition is an excuse.

Let’s start with the basics. Your core is critical. The core is all of the interconnected large muscles that help us stand move and maintain structural integrity. Let’s start with them. By the way this is going to be a six month journey back. Many of you will complete it in less time but I am doing it in six months. Anyone who would like to make suggestions or share or ask questions, feel free.

Weeks 1 and 2 then begins:
These are best in the morning but whenever you do them do them to FAILURE
Bent leg sit ups: one set to failure: (ostf)
Pushups: from the regular position then from the knees one set to failure
Squats: OSTF if you have knee injuries and cannot squat, you need a leg press and hamstring curl machine. Or you need a set of exercises that work quads (front of the legs) Gluts (hips)
