    13 cups of water.

    Chicken Lasagna does sound good. I make a Zucchini Lasagna with ground turkey as the protein and sliced zucchini as the noodle. I flippin love it.

    Do you have a recipe to share? That sounds great!

    I ended with 9 as well....AND i didn't even get up last night to run to the bathroom!! lol

    150 squats done, mostly in step class, we did tons of squats with weight bar. RAWR!!

    i finished with 125 not including the kettlebell workout which is tons of squats....gonna be sore :)

    I will start logging tomarrow, the kids went back to Ohio and my husband and I will help them move home next friday&saturday. I will do my best to finish strong with this challenge and be ready for the next Challenge. Have a blessed weekend.

    I'm glad you listened to your body. The older I get the more I realize how important that is. Our bodies try to tell us what we need, we just don't always listen. Nice job listening to your needs.
