2. Loose 6-10 LBS (157-163)
3. Decrease weight of assisted pull ups by 2 bars
4. Participate in 1 spin class a week
5. Eat cleaner
6. Cut back on drinking (especially wine during the week)

It's late in the month, but these are my goals for the remainder of March:
*meet my daily calorie goals within plus or minus 100 calories
*exercise a minimum of 10 minutes per day
*start following the DASH diet (for hypertension)0 -
Well sounds like this group has been super quiet! Hope everyone is meeting their personal goals.
I didn't do the greatest but here's my follow up from March:
1. Increase push ups to 15 reps (From 10) : Success
2. Loose 6-10 LBS (157-163) : NOPE!
3. Decrease weight of assisted pull ups by 2 bars: Success
4. Participate in 1 spin class a week NOPE! But have been true to this in April.
5. Eat cleaner : Feeling lean and clean
6. Cut back on drinking (especially wine during the week) : Did pretty good.
7. Get back on my wakeboard (Still recovering from a broken ankle/ been out of commission since November) ROCKED IT!!!!0
