I've been working on this topic for myself this year and wanted to share some of the things I've learned because I have seen some good changes out of it. My weight has sustained, even when I have to miss some workouts because life gets busy, if I stick to this plan I don't see as much of a weight increase as I used to. If you need help with your eating plan, I definitely recommend trying this. Look for it on DHTV.

CLEAN EATING FOR BEGINNERS SHOPPING GUIDE

BREADS
Ezekiel Brand Breads (frozen section)
Alvarado Street Bakery Brands
Trader Joe's Brand Whole Grain
Ak Mak (Whole Crackers)

DAIRY & NON-DAIRY
Fat Free or 1% Milk
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Greek Yogurt
Fat-free or Plain Yogurt
Cheese (usually avoided due to high fat content)
Unsweetened Almond Milk
Unsweetened Rice Milk (made from brown rice, Not White)
Unsweetened Organic Soy Milk
Unsweetened Light Coconut Milk

POULTRY
Avoid the Carton White Eggs, Opt for Brown Organic.
Egg Whites are Essential
Boneless, Skinless Turkey; or
B/S Chicken Breast

BEEF & MEATS
Venison
Bison
Buffalo
Beef is normally not part of a clean diet.
