Someone Please Check and Let Me Know if This is Correct?

Can someone please double check this and make sure my logic is correct?

Weight 152
Height 67"
Current Intake is 1500-1700 cals (usually around 1650)
150 g Carbs/ 50 g Fat / 145 g. Pro
Using a food scale (except for things that can be counted..eggs, 1 cracker, etc.)
I'm tracking everything except on the weekends when I normally don't log on. But I normally eat about the same thing everyday, even on the weekends. I did have a "low" day this Sunday, but I ate out and drank some alcohol on the weekend so I was trying to make up for it (no I don't do this very often).

Started changing my diet on Jan 2nd this year and immediately lost 4 lbs.within a week which I am assuming was water weight. I have been consistently tracking food in MFP since beginning of Feb.

Started doing Insanity Feb. 6th. Usually get 5-6 days in a week. Used a HRM last night for the first time and it said I burned 469 cals. (so I'm using an average of 400 calories burned for exercise).

According to Scooby Calcs (settings at Activity Level 3-5 hrs per wk Moderate Exercise):
BMR: 1431
TDEE: 2218
Daily Cals Based on Goal: 1774
Daily Cals Per Week (1774 * 7) = 12418

According to Scooby Calcs (settings at Desk Job with No Exercise):
BMR: 1431
TDEE: 1717
Daily Cals Based on Goal: 1373
Daily Cals Per Week (1373 * 7) = 9611

So if I'm buring on average 2000 calories per week through exercise (400 cals * 5). If I add this to the weekly "Goal Calories" based on the desk job setting, this equals 12,011 which would equate to 1716 calories per day. Which is in line with the Scooby setting for exercising 3-5 hours per week. So this checks out and I would assume 1700 calories should be correct.

So theoretically, I should be losing weight if I'm consuming between 1500 and 1700 calories per day. This is above my BMR and almost at my TDEE - 20%. I know some people do not lose weight the first month while doing Insanity, but shouldn't I still be losing if my diet is in line? Or should I just be patient and see what happens over the next month?

Edited to add: I do not have a thyroid. It was removed in 2011. Not sure if that matters, but thought I should add it. I am on medication that is monitored and in the normal range for my condition.

Theoretically yes you should lose at that intake but the first thing I'd do as a check would be to track on weekends even if its only for a couple of weeks.
You are assuming that your intake is roughly the same, but you could easily be incorrect.

Lets just say your TDEE is actually 2050 instead of 2200 (calculators are estimates) and lets assume you're actually eating 10% more than you think (this is a very realistic supposition for many people, myself included).

This leaves you eating very close to maintenance in reality.
