How is everyone doing? I am working hard, taking my measurements once a week. I am seeing small changes. Starting to intermitted fast.

I've been kind of stuck in a rut but I'm trying to climb out of it and back onto the fitness/weightloss wagon. My measurements haven't really changed since the contest started but at least I know why. I need to just be more consistent with my workouts and keeping a closer eye on what I am eating and how much!0
