I purchased Chalean Extreme used on Amazon and it came with 2 guides. However, the fat burning food guide only has recipes in it. I was under the impression that it was supposed to include how many calories/fat/carbs/protein to eat during each phase, etc. Can anyone help me out with how to calculate calories/fat/carbs/protein for each phase of this program?

I'm no expert, but I think in general 40/30/30 carb/protein/fat macros is what is pretty good to aim for, but I rarely hit that. Mine ends up being more of a 50/25/25 split in reality.
If you can do one of the body fat calculators on the fat2fit site, it will estimate how much lean body mass you currently have. That's probably a good minimum number of protein grams to shoot for.
As for calories, the only place I see a calorie recommendation from CLX is at the front of one of those guides, and I thought it was far too low particularly since Chalean says several times how you have to eat to fuel the muscle and that you WILL be hungrier, particularly when you start a new phase. It recommended 1400 for me to lose weight, and I would have been dying hungry on that. I find I burn an average of 2100 calories a day on this program, so I try to eat anywhere from 1700-1900 calories a day (except for this week when I'm shooting for TDEE range to give myself a break).
Good luck!0 -

Me too! I burn about 2050-2100 a day on CLX and other programs, and I eat at about 1700 a day. 1400 is too low for sure!!0
