I did 30 day shred this morning. I want to walk or bike tonight, but I'm feeling tired today, so we'll see.

    Very nice!!! Planning on running tonight since my arms are still sore from Tuesday's kickboxing class.

    Good job for those staying committed! Today I did p90x back and Biceps 45 minutes and 15 min ab ripper.

    Today I did C25K for 38 minutes + worked out on my new Weider Total Body Gym for 24 minutes. My total today was 62 minutes. :smile:

    I went ice skating tonight!!!!

    It was 45 mins and came up as 400 cals!
    I'm going back for sure!! It's lots of fun!!
