TOM metabolism changes?

Can there be metabolism increases during TOM? I ask because I always feel hungrier during this time. It's not cravings; it's actual appetite increases. I eat my stash of healthy snacks and foods (protein dense), and I'm still hungry. Then I feel bad for going over my daily amount. Any resources or answers would be greatly appreciated! :flowerforyou:

I found some research ages ago that showed indeed your metabolism goes up and down.
And if really wanting to get the max out of a deficit and workout, you could adjust what the study showed was the avg amount of change through the month.
To really keep the deficit the same.0 -
yea, i always over eat the first 3 days or so and once its over, i usually drop a little weight from what i weighed when TOM started.0
