I use the Cinnamon with chronium (capsules) I buy it for the cinnamon. I do see this helps keep my sugar lower. If I don't take the cinnamon capsules, I see my sugar climbs up a bit.

Are you talking about the Cinnamon with Chronium or just Chronium by itself? I am not sure what if anything the Chronium does for sugar

I am just using the Chronium for now... I spoke the the Naturopath at my chemist today and she said to try this first.. this has a little bit of Cinnamon in it but has more of the other stuff in it.

Hi Tracy, I'm not normally inclined to take supplements as most make me sick in the tummy- But I have read so much about these supplements I thought I would give them a try- If they don't work no harm done, If they do work I'll be singing it from a roof top... My BG is now in the 4-5's and I hope to go of my diabetic medication when I next visit my doc in the next couple of months so we will see what happens.
    I will let you know.

Well, I don't look at the Cinnamon as a suppliment. heh, it is just easier to take it in capsule form than sprinkling it on everything I eat. Tried that when my doctor told me to use a few teaspoons of the stuff when I was first diagnosed with diabetes.

Let me know how it goes. I have also heard it helps with BS but I'm not a big fan of the taste so I don't eat very often but a pill might be ok. I did buy some B12 but have not noticed a difference in bs energy or anything.

    B12 isn't absorbed easily.

Either sublingualy (under the tongue) or shots at the Dr.

I have the gummi B12 that I let disolve under my tongue

I have never tried that. I do take cinnamon capsules and have up to two teaspoons of Chia seeds through the day sprinkled on food, or put into fruit smoothies. :)

This supplement is in tablet form so I don't need to sprinkle it over anything thank goodness-
This is the description of the tablet is as follows:

Chromium Plus provides the essential nutrient chromium that the body uses for sugar metabolism. Cinnamon and vitamin C are supportive anti-oxidants.

I want bore you with all the ingredients but I know it has the Vit C, Chromium and Cinnamon.
