I'm not much of a cook and usually throw things together and cross my fingers. I made spaghetti and meatballs last week and plan on making it again tonight:

1/2 a bag of shiritaki noodles = 1g carb (I used the meat drippings to flavor the noodles)
1/4 cup of walden farms tomato and basil sauce = 0g carbs
Meatballs (1 egg) w/oregano, onions & garlic = 3g carbs
Parmesan cheese = 2g carbs

I made the pizza from lowcarb360 website. It was okay. I did cheese & pepperoni. It was okay.

I love pizza, but also add mushrooms, green pepper, Italian sausage, and olives!

I had Hobo stew. Just threw in some cut up chicken breasts, broccoli, carrots, squash, bell peppers and onion. Placed all in tin foil and baked in the oven. Put just a little tariyaki sauce before eating. Pretty yummy.

You can buy the noodles at most local grocery stores in the produce aisle in the refrigerated area, they do come in liquid and have a fishy odor when you first open them, but you drain the liquid and rinse them for a minute or 2 and its gone. It's important to note that the texture isn't the same as a regular noodle, but it's close enough that as long as you add other things its a great filler. You can also order zero carb ones from miraclenoodle.com

Gaby, another thing to add is that because the noodles are already cooked, you need to add as the last ingredient of the meal, it will be rubbery if you cook them too long. You can get them at the grocery store (Safeway, Vons, Albertsons, etc)
