Happy Friday Sweaty 30-ers!!! What's your plan of attack today?

I am still sore (boohoo!) so run/walk again for me today.

Have a fabulous day and keep sweating! If you're tired (like me), rest but NEVER QUIT! Be awesome!

    C25K for 30 minutes + Weider Total Body Gym for 29 minutes. Total today 59 minutes. :smile:

    98 min on the treamill today. did about 30 min of running!
