Tdee and breastfeeding

I am 34, 5'7", 195 lbs. I am breastfeeding full time an infant and workout 6 days a week at 30 minutes. I stay home, but chase a toddler so not just all sitting. I calculated TDEE-15% (moderately active) plus breastfeeding (500 calories). I got 2670 for calories. I am new to the eating more- actually new to trying to lose weight. I just want to make sure I am eating enough or not too much. i was eating around 2100-2200, but recalculated based off what I read. Now, I am unsure. Am I on the right track? (Not worried about progress, just trying to start off right). Thanks

You are correct. You must eat back those breast feeding calories. You don't want to decrease your milk supply. Good luck and keep us posted!0
