Rest Question

Hi guys I just restarted the program and finished week 1. I did the program about 6 months back and I remember having 2 days rest in between each week. So run 3 days every other day and then rest for 2 days before starting the next week but on my program I have now on my phone, it has me only resting one day before going to the next week. Does that sound right?

I had a 2-day rest once a week as well. You just do what works for you. Stick with it, however you can make it happen.0

I've ran every other day since starting the programme (I'm due to graduate this week). It's not been a problem for me running every other day but then I don't work or have a very demanding day. There's no hard or fast rule to the plan, you do what works for you.0

I had to schedule my runs around kids and a job, so I ran three days a week - which three days depended on the needs of the moment and I never did all three days in a row. I don't recommend it, but that was what I had to work with at the time.0
