Eating to deficit

Just wondering if anyone is willing to share their results eating to deficit? If you are bigger, is eating to deficit working for you - for me it seems like it would be a lot of calories.
I've been eating about 1800 calories a day and losing a consistant 2 lbs a week +/-, since I started in january. I'm 5'8, 270, female 31, so I have lots to lose. I exercise a lot (an hour a day- today was personal training). My burn yesterday was 4108, my estimate for today is 3650. I've only had it for a few days. Should I continue eating my 1800 a day and wait for it to normalzie, should I eat the deficit, any opinions?

I eat more on days that I burn more. I've stayed with my 500 calorie deficit very closely. The most I have burned in a day is 2500 (i'm short!) which leaves me 2000 calories to consume. That's more than I usually would eat and makes me nervous, but the scale still is moving in the right direction. For me I've had to change my mindset from eating the same number of calories each day, to moving more and allowing myself a little more to eat.
I don't know if I would eat 3650 though. But maybe just have a little something that's a treat for you and just eat until you are satisified. Good luck.0
