Good Morning Guys! 105 squats today good luck
Gonna kick free hand jump squats *kitten* today since it kicked mines yesterday.
Remember combine this challenge with cardio for better results overall.

Done, 20 squat kick and 85 regular. Had to break them up into 30, 30,25. Legs are tired!0

Boo! I cant do the split jump squats because of my ankle! I did 10, 30 curtsy squats (15 on each leg) nd 70 normal (I'm a day ahead so am on 110 squats)0

Day 10 - DONE Did something a little different today. 20 fast squats then 10 jumping jacks, then i'd repeat that all the way to 1050
