Hi everyone,
Me again..I'm full of questions this week..
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried OptiSlim for their type 2- I looked at a sachet the other week and put it back as the sugar content scared me a little- Has anyone used these I'm interested to know? I want to use them as a meal replacement and loose these last KG'S...

I have never used them. As you, I thought the sugar was high. I use Atkins shakes. The sugar is lower and the pontine to carb ratio is great on most of them. They work great for me for a fast meal or snack.0
