Can someone kindly point out where I am going wrong as I would really like to get off the 1,200 bandwagon asap.

First fat to fit has given me 27% body fat.
I'm 176lbs 5'9 height and would like to get to around 152 and look good not skinny fat.
Harris formula says my BMR is 1613.
Katch 1627.

Then when I go to the scooby calculator it says with -20%
BMR 1848.
TDEE 2217.
So comes up with 1774.

So is 1774 cals what I should be eating every day to lose weight?

Does this sound right?

Thanks in advanced
