Is anybody out there? Hey ladies, how about this week we set some mini goals/rewards. Maybe this will help us stay motivated and losing. Think of some things you'd like to accomplish, keeping them easy to attain and keep them in mind as we go along. Think of some rewards for reaching your goals, rewards and goals can be as simple/cheap/and non scale related as you like. When you come up with your goals/rewards share them here

My mini goal is to be down a total of 50 pounds on or before my May 1st Weigh In. If I reach that goal I am going to treat myself to a Crest Whitening Kit to dazzle up my smile.0

One of my first goals is when I lose 20lbs I am going to treat myself to a massage. I am halfway there!0

A massage sounds nice!
I am also going to add another goal here. I was told I wouldn't make the swim challenge of swimming 100 miles between Jan 7th and June 7th at the Y. Now I am bound and determined to make that goal just so I can tell the person who told me I wouldn't, "In your face! Now watch out for my splash or you are going to get wet. Biotch." So if anyone needs me I will be swimming laps every single day and double time on the weekends. I have to swim 2197 laps by June 7th. I am going to need lots of support. This is my toughest goal I have ever set for myself. Ever. I haven't decided what my reward will be. I was thinking a new swimsuit but I may need a new one out of necessity before I finish. Maybe a girls trip overnight somewhere or a new suit jacket. Or makeup or perfume. I am taking suggestions here.0 -
I was going to say my mini goal was to log in all week because I've been very lax about it lately. Then I saw that I'd missed the deadline. I'll still log in everyday though:) And now that I think about it I don't think I've ever made it past 20 days in a row. So my new mini goal is to make it to at least 21 days before I flake out again!0

Also I've signed up for the Fitger's 5k on April 20th. My plan is to run/walk/move fastish 3x a week until then so during the race I can run more than I walk. If I do I will buy myself a new workout outfit.0
