Does everyone need to do a full reset?

Hi everyone
I am new to EM2LW. I have never really eaten below my BMR but I hadn't eaten quite enough for the intense exercise that I do (Insanity, Asylum 1 and Asylum 2) I didn't do a complete reset, I just started to eat at 20% less than TDEE. Do I need to do a complete reset? I haven't weighed myself because of it being TOM but I took a few measurements and most of them went down.
Also, is 20% below TDEE too low?
Thanks!
Kris

Reset is more for those of us who came from low cal diets for long periods of time. However ANYONE can choose to take a Metabolism reset for any reason they choose.
If your measurements are going down, thats a great sign and I would probably continue what you are doing. I would maybe consider going to 15% cut rather than a 20%. Its easier to drop cals down the line when you get in a "rut" at a higher level, than at a lower level. So cut smaller and feed your body:)0
