Anyone else just beginning?
Hello Shred Veterans!
I am all set to start tomorrow morning. I am very inspired by your results! Any words of wisdom on how to make it through?
My starting stats 12pm 3/10/13 Shred eve
I have taken before photos but they are too scary... will hopefully be brave enough to post them with my afters.
Height 5'5"
Weight 192.4
BF% 40.9 (fat2fitradio.com military fat calc.using high waist measurement)
Bust : full 43 under 38
Waist: high 36 navel 41.5
Hips: widest 44
Neck :14.5
I am keeping my MFP settings at TDEE with a 20 % deficit or 1600 calories.

Doing day 5 after work today. Man, those side lunges with the raise kill me. I suppose she is right the ones that hurt are the ones that count. Feeling more fit even after the short time of doing this. Hope you are enjoying it too!0
