Question for moms

I have a four year old and he is actually the reason I made the switch to clean eating. He used to suffer from chronic constipation and after watching some documentaries about eating clean I made the switch for myself and him. I consider myself lucky because the kid loves fruits, vegetables and will even eat Chai seeds, wheat germ and other yummy fiber packed foods but after researching fiber amounts for children I see that they only recommend the childs age plus 5 (so my son would only need 9) but he goes well over that every day and has no issues in the restroom (in fact his constipation has disappeared in the three months we have changed our lives). How much does your child generally get?

*Side note: I understand this is generally a question for a doctor and I am not going to take your response as medical advice I just like to see what others are doing with their children.
