JM 30 day shred starting 3/11/13

Good luck ladies with 30DS. I did it from Feb 1 - Mar 7. I am also doing c25k, started Feb 1 as well.
I am 5'10".
I lost 10 pounds and 6.5" around my waist. Here is my result.
I started both on the same day too. I'm trying to take it easy on the jumping though. I'm a little too heavy to go full force with jumping when I'm doing c25k on the side. lol0 -
I have missed the past week of 30 day shred should I restart or just pick up where I left off?0

I have missed some days too. I am gonna miss more this weekend. GRRRR I am so lame. I am restarting as soon as we get back on Tuesday!0
