Hello! My name is Caz and I am from Australia! I am not new to MFP but I have to admit to not using it in a very long time. I recently quit smoking (3 weeks ago) and I have come back to try and control my eating and weight gain due to the cessation of smoking. I am seeking out some support and new friends, so please feel free to add me if you wish.
