Hi All....

Just want to make sure I have this right.

TDEE = 2711
BMR = 1749
15% cut = 2304

So 2304 is my daily calorie target? Don't worry about exercise calories because that's already figured into my TDEE?

I've read and re-read and I think I've got it but there's so much complicated, conflicting info I wanted to make sure.

Simple answers for the hard of thinking would be very much appreciated!

    You got it, eat that everyday.. recalculate after 5-10lb lost... make sure your estimating your activity correctly and adjust up and down as needed (after a few weeks)
