I fell down the stairs so going to rest for a few days since I can't put my sneakers on. Ugh, so frustrating. I turned my ankle early last week during week one and now I bruise & sprain my right foot during this week two. Hoping to start up again tomorrow.

Today marks the end of 3 weeks of Turbo Fire for me. And I STILL get excited for my next workout. This is major. :) Today is my rest day, so no workouts scheduled. I'm ready to start week 4 tomorrow.

I am in week 10! - I finally feel like I was "On Top of" the Fire 55 Class this mornning. Felt like i was right in line, instead of lagging behind! Feeling good. Had a gain of 5-6 lbs in Feb - but have lost it all already this month... PLUS the muscle that I've build is GREAT! less flab!!!!!!
I was trying to decide if I was going to go to week 12 & be done or all the way to week 20~!! I think I'm going ALL...THE...WAY...!!! Then to P90X mix with Turbo Fire... I love the program AND my results.
What I haven't done is get Shakeology... How many of you all are trying it? & does it make such a HUGE difference?

planned to do Fire 40 today and Abs 10 tomorrow but I'm feeling sick today from a horrible nights sleep last night so I did Abs 10 today and will hopefully get some rest tonight and be ready to take on Fire 40 tomorrow morning.

Holy Moly. Fire55EZ - just finished. Whew what a great burn. I can feel myself getting stronger - only on second week. This is great. Hopefully, the scale will show the same! I am okay even if it doesn't. My measurements were down last week but, not the scale. Either way something is going down so I am good.

Turbo Fire Day 22 - Fire 45 DONE!

I bought new workout shoes yesterday because I was experiencing pain in the heels and balls of my feet. Wow, what a difference a good pair of shoes makes! The support was great and best of all, my feet didn't hurt! I got Asics Gels and the insoles are so cushion-y! Lol

    Have a great Saturday! :)

hey ladies! Such a busy week, I'm so thankful for the weekend!

Big news: I have an NSV! The scale may not have moved muc the last few weeks, but I've lost enough fat/inches to drop a pant size!! I'm a 6 now, A 6!!! That's insane. That's the size I was as a senior in highschool (even though I was 10lbs lighter back then than I am now). WOW!! I did a new comparison shot with the new jeans

Workout soon: Fire something (I'm thinking I want more than 30) and Tone 30

    ^ thanks!!

Well, I did only do 30 mins of fire afterall  but it was 30 mins of fire 45ez. I did Tone 30 FIRST instead of the cardio first. WOW. Big difference in being able to put full effort into the cardio! I do feel like it allowed me to put more effort into proper form and heavier weight for the muscle work, but the first 15 mins of the fire sucked because my thighs were shaky and I was tired! LOL. Oh well, I still got a great burn out of it.

I am going to have to check these out. I always have sworn by Saucony shoes as they are light but, I could use a new pair and maybe I will switch if I find they feel right. Thanks for your input! I have some blisters that are coming out not due to the shoes themselves as I have always thought the brand I buy is so comfortable. Although Gel sounds nice... hmmm

I did Core 20 yesterday and 40 min stretch plus I used my new weighted vest that packs on 20 lbs. Used that with my walk not with the TF workouts....I can't imagine doing that with the TF workouts. I'd be dead. lol I have Fire 45EZ tonight to do. End of second week tonight. Feeling so much stronger. Not noticing a weight difference but, I know it will come. I know I don't enough calories sometimes. It's really hard to get all of the calories in. I get so busy at work...
