    Fire 60/Abs 10/Stretch 10 today. I love Fire 60 - the very first segment is so fun I did it twice.
    My resistance band broke yeterday during an overhead press in Upper 20. It scared the crap out of me! I have 5lb hand weights so I finished with those, but I'll need a new tube or heavier weights asap. My turbo set was missing the beachbody band, so I've been using a weider heavy resistance tube.

    Couldn't believe when my HR got over 160 doing Fire 60 for the first time yesterday, it rarely gets above 156 and that's doing HiiT. My abs were on fire when I finished Abs 10. Gotta feeling I'm going to love the advanced classes.

    This week is turning into a rest WEEK for me...sick again yesterday, and I have three exams. I'm going to try to workout on study breaks but it's not looking good and that's driving me nuts! I hate not working out!

    Fire 40 today!

    Man....now I understand why people say Turbo FIre is hard to follow at first! When I did FIre Starter yesterday I thought "this isn't so bad" but now I get it lol I'm not discouraged about it though...just need to practice! I still burned 400 calories even though I didn't give 100% effort because trying to follow along.

    I forgot to post yesterday but, I did do Fire45 and today did HIIT20. Feel like I should do something more although I am quite exhausted...have a good night all!

    Hey ladies! I had such a great day. I had a huge ego boost after FB messaging/chatting with an old guy friend that lives across the state from me (where I went to HS). Got huge compliments about how I look, made me feel great!

    I did Fire 55ez today and some yoga floor stretches for my legs after :smile:

    Turbo Fire Day 19 - Fire 55 EZ COMPLETE! 492 cals burned

    I had to really focus and pace myself during Fire 55 EZ this morning, so I don't burn out right in the middle of the workout. Which is what usually happens...ugh. And it worked. I was able to finish without feeling totally exhausted and whipped. Live and learn....! Lol

    Like Chalene says - "you're a MACHINE!" Let's get it girls. :)

    Anyone else who recently got the series not have Stretch 40 in their set? I have stretch 10 on every dvd, but nothing for stretch 40..

    Good morning. I did Fire 30 this morning, and completed Day 6. Feeling great and my leg muscles are feeling so much looser after only a few days!

    I guess the newest version changed things up quite a bit and doesn't include Stretch 40, Upper 20 or Lower 20 anymore. I purchased the full set in Novemember; it didn't include any Low HIITs or a Fire Starter class. My Fire 55 EZ & Fire 45 EZ were renamed Fire 55 & Fire 40. My advanced dvds were: HIIT 30, Fire 60, Upper 20, Lower 20 & Abs 10. Sculpt 30, Tone 30 & Core 20 were all part of my 12 week schedule and those are now part of the "advanced" classes and Abs 10 is now part of the regular set.

    I wonder the reasoning for changing it all up so much? I absolutely love the schedule and all the workouts I have!

    I fell down the stairs so going to rest for a few days since I can't put my sneakers on. Ugh, so frustrating. I turned my ankle early last week during week one and now I bruise & sprain my right foot during this week two. Hoping to start up again tomorrow.

    20 days of Turbo Fire done and in the bag! I can't believe I'm almost coming up on 30 days. And I'm loving every minute of it! :)

    My Turbo Fire tank top is on its way, 4 - 6 weeks. Hopefully it will be too small by the time I get it. :wink:

    Fire 55 ez/Abs 10 yesterday. I'm taking the weekend off as we are going out of town - lots of eating out and relaxing, hopefully I don't come back 5+lbs heavier lol. Have a wonderful weekend everyone! :drinker:

    Today marks the end of 3 weeks of Turbo Fire for me. And I STILL get excited for my next workout. This is major. :) Today is my rest day, so no workouts scheduled. I'm ready to start week 4 tomorrow.
