HELP! Hard time consistently logging and exercising!

When I first joing MFP in January everything was great. I was eating healthy, exercising and logging. I practically lived on the site. Now everything seems to take precedent over my healthy eating, exercising and logging. Some days I do log and exercise but now most of the days I don't anymore and if I know I have gone over I dont even bother to log in or log the food. I know this is horrible and defeats the purpose of MFP! What can I do to get back on track and stay that way? I need help please!
