Hi my name is Roxann and I am wanting to lose a 100 lbs. I have been overweight most of my life and I want to shed these unwanted pounds so I can live a long and healthy life and be able to watch my children grow up. I have some health issue due to my weight gain and I would like to be off my meds for them.
What has always been what held you back from losing weight?

setback....need inspiration, support
12 days staying below my caloric number and have lost 2 lbs, and tonight had some tortilla chips. So I am 300 over for this one night! Motivational advice needed. Sad part is that those tortilla chips made me feel "full", not in a good way!
