Hey girls another new week...
I am doing level 2 again because I don't think I have fully mastered it
Mon = 3x circuits BFBM & RI30 L2
Tues = rest
Wed = 3x circuits BFBM & RI30 L2
Thurs = Jog
Fri = 3x circuits BFBM & RI30 L2
Sat = 3x circuits BFBM & RI30 L2
Sun = rest

I am currently experiencing serious sinus congestion and all the fun things that usually accompanies.
I feel fine as long as I take meds for the sinus pressure, so I am going to try and push through this week with the workouts.
Monday - S1B2 NROLFW
Tuesday - Cardio Kickbox
Wednesday - S1A3 NROLFW
Thursday - R130 L2
Friday - S1B3 NROLFW
Saturday - BFBM (this may or may not be done. My Saturdays are always play by ear....)

I spoke way to soon Monday.... My sinus problems blew up and I have been down and out of it since. Monday it was all in my head and nose, Tuesday it moved to my throat and ears and today it's all finally drained. I am just tired and weak from living of cough drops and soup. Hopefully, today I can eat some normal food, since my throat is hurting, and get to feeling better soon! I think I am going to take the rest of this week to rest and recover and pick back up on Monday.

I got a throat infection and have been drugged up to get through the working day!! Exercise today seems to have made me feel a little better!! Oh and I have joined a local gym so going to incorporate 2 days a week at the gym eg sat and sun :-)0

I'm still away from home until Friday. It's been hard to get in JM workouts although I've had some nice walks around Chicago on days I couldn't get in a workout.
Monday - KB&T L1

Friday - wrestle luggage and 30 DS L1

I was sick with a sinus infection since Saturday night and then Monday everything was at it's worse... I have the option to work from home, so I did that this week and worked from my bed. I am feeling much better today, but still going to take it easy until next week and pick up from there.0 -

Nice work - this is dedication especially when you are away from home!! Fitting in whatever you can wherever you can is great, walking is better than doing nothing at the end of the day !! Good work x0 -
Made it through 11 days of travel with no setback! I weighed myself after I got home to find that despite the lovely Chicago Spinach Stuffed Pizza, I lost another pound.
