    Buy the book and read it, that was my starting point.

    Yes, get the book. It is very well written, easy to understand and informative. There is so much more to NROL4W than just the workouts.

    It's workouts plus a well balanced diet. It's not that complicated.Don't get bogged down in it all. Just start somewhere. Get on with the workouts and aim for a 40:30:30 macro balance. That'll get you going
