Any Excel gurus to help adjust Mehdi's spreadsheet?

After my workout Friday, I noticed the outside of my knee was a little more sore than normal. Feels more like a tendon than any muscle discomfort I've ever felt. I have done the RICE treatment all weekend and today as much as possible, and while it is tons better, I am thinking I might play it safe and take at least the next workout or two off on squats and deadlift if applicable to make sure I'm all healed up.
My question is, does anyone know enough about Excel to where I can change the formula in Mehdi's spreadsheet to "stall" those specific exercises while progressing with the others?

If the spreadsheet operates like the smartphone app then you may can just enter the same weight you last did or just "0" as your entry to "stall" the leg exercises while continuing to track everything else. When I was off of squats for tendonitis in my hip I would just enter "0" on my smart phone app for squats each day I skipped.0

What I ended up doing, which was the easiest for me, was just subtract the new incremental weight off of the end of the cell's formula and that looks like that gets it for future cells. Then I will just note this on a few cells below on that same row the reason for the stall. Thanks for the reply though.0
