I start this on wednesday when I have all the healthy food I am shopping for tomorrow. no wonder why I was so hungry

I have to admit the only time I have a drop in numbers on the scale is when I think I blew it by eating more calories than 1200.
MFP sets my calorie goals far higher in number even from where I put it as my goal. I am under bed rest care so I dropped the calories even more drastically but not having quicker results.
My scale is broken now after 1 year of faithful service and I am searching for a new one on-line before I can update my weight.
I notice a weight drop usually when I think I have blown it by eating 1450- 1650. I also notice a change for the better for me when I spread out my calories 6 times a day because of hypoglycemia. I have been feeling terrible lately because the last few days I have been logging off at 1028 calories and been battling low blood sugar because of it. I cannot exercise due to health issues so I must rely on my reduced calorie intake but if cut too drastically it only makes the health issues worse.0
