Injury - Nervous About Restarting

I hurt my shoulder/back a couple weeks ago lifting weights. The pain is gone but I am seriously scared to restart. I love lifting (well used too) and seem to be making or finding every excuse in the book not to resume. The pain was intense but I think more than that, I wasn't even lifting to my max. I need to pull up my big girl pants and just do it! I am such a wuss!

    Start slow, ease into it, just to get over the nervousness. And make sure your form is good. How did you injure yourself?

    I was doing hammer curls. If I am going to be 100% honest, I noticed a tweak the week before but didn't think much about it (probably cause I wasn't doing hammer curls when I felt that)

    No I didn't. Iced it, laid off exercise for a week and have been doing cardio since.
