I have been feeling discouraged lately - trying to catch a cold so didn't work out yesterday (but I am a photographer and had live bunny+kids all weekend. I was debating on whether or not to work out today (I usually walk an hour every day Mon-Thurs, but skipped today), but after not doing much most of the day and my throat started feeling a little better I decided to take "progress" pictures for my day 10 to see how much difference I saw (hoping that would motivate me)... well, I didn't see any difference at all - as a matter of fact, my "upper stomach" (yes, I have two) looked even bigger!! I had thought about doing the special k challenge to see if that would "jump start" my weight loss again (I've been doing this since October), but couldn't eat cereal for two meals so I decided to go ahead and just "try" to work out and decided to go ahead and move on to level two to see if that would motivate me a little more, maybe I'm bored? Well I did REALLY good through the whole workout - so I can REALLY see a difference in my endurance - that is, until I got to the jumping planks (I think that's what they were called - it was at the end) - I felt like I was literally going to throw up in my floor!! I'm excited about level 2 and hopefully tomorrow I can finish it lol! Maybe I will retake some photos on day 15 instead and can see a difference! - I have measured myself and no inches lost and no pounds lost either - I was counting on those pictures to make a difference!!! Keeping on keepin' on though!

Hang in there! I have actually GAINED weight! But I see lots of posts where people say they didn't see real results until after day 20. So keep hanging in there!0

I've completed 4 days at level 2 and although I don't notice a change physically, I do notice more strength and stamina. Those are positive things and I'm sure there are more to come. I have to modify anything involving jumping (like those plank jumping jacks) and just do the side stepping. But at least I'm doing them! Keep up the good work and I'm sure we'll have the results we're looking forward to seeing.0
