I don't usually do this, but I am SO pumped (no pun intended) that I gotta toot my own horn - I upped three of the Push 1 exercises today, doing all three at the higher weight for full reps! I. am. PSYCHED!! Oh yeah!!!

I've done numerous rounds of CLX and have never broken past the max weights on two of those exercises, so this is huge, huge, HUGE for me - Whoo Hooooo!!!

    that is a GREAT accomplishment!! Well done. I'm just starting (week 2 of Burn circuit) and loving it. I really like Chalean's approach.
