@Auntsammy: Are you doing C25K every day, or spacing it out? I'm trying to keep at it at least 3 days a week, but I only just started. Today was W1 D2 for me.
I'm doing it 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) along with some yoga and doing Body By You( body weight exercise program) and abs 2-3 days. I read that it is important to space out your runs in the beginning to avoid injury. I'm not sure how different that is on a treadmill, but I do my runs outside, so I'm trying to play it safe.0
