Im New 5ft 1 UK

Hi,

Im new to this group.

I am 5ft1" currently weigh 136lbs and I would like to loose 18lbs which is a lot harder than it sounds!

For the past 2 months, I have logged every day on MFP and most of the time stick to my calorie goal.

In this 2 months, I have lost 2lbs! I am going on holiday in 6 weeks and since I started this 8 weeks ago thought this would be been plenty of time to slim down for it, but no.

I am in the middle of getting a new kitchen so past week my diet hasn't been the best but i am making do with what I have.

I also have been having problems with my heart when excercising so I am for the time being banned from high intensity workouts. I was walking a lot but snow has put a stop to this.

any hits/tips would be very much appreciate :) my diary is open to view x
