Combining Insanity with...

Just wanted to get some opinions.
I started Insanity yesterday. The Fit Test was hard, but not impossible. Today though, that was different. It was EXTREMELY hard. There were some moves I had to skip over or attempt and fail. But I pushed through and finished the entire workout.
My question is this: would it be okay to combine Insanity with a C25K routine or other walking/treadmill routine?
I just don't want to burn myself out, so I'd like some advice from all the Insanity pros on here.
Thanks in advance! :flowerforyou:

Personally to do anything on top of Insanity I think is just over kill and could certainly hurt more then help. C25K is a great, nice and slow build up to a 5 k run program but I think you need to pick just one to start.0

I'd stick with Insanity. Just follow the nutrition guide and workout guide. It works! There is no need to add more to it if this is your first time going through it. It's very intense and high impact. Come the 2nd month the intensity increases further.0
