INTRODUCE YOURSELF

Hello everyone. I’m Nicole and I started on this site on 1/18/2013 at 300 lbs :explode: with a goal of reaching 180 lbs. I know that is not what most sees as a HEALTHY number, but it is where I was after having my first child and I remember feeling GREAT at that size. :happy: When I get there, I will decide if I want to go any further or not.

  • GREAT job on your weight loss of 18lbs that is great. As my momma always says you didn't gain it overnight you ain't going to loose it over night"!! I like the topic just move, i love to dance around the house when i am cleaning and always seem to at least work up a sweat, seems like a great exercise to me. Two birds one stone as they say :) Keep up the good work

    I am a mother of 5 and also have 4 "foster" children at home. My top weight was 222 i wanted to die time to make some changes!!!! my goal is 150 and when i get there ill make the choice to continue or not. i hope i can be a motivation and be motivated!!

    Hi, My name is Michelle and I have over 100 pounds to lose. I will re-evaluate when I hit 150 to see if I w8ill lose more or if that is "fit enough."

    I like daily challenges. I'm all about stepping it up a bit though.
