So someone on here told me that she doesnt go by her weight, she measures herself to see how much improvement she has made.. Which is a great idea because ur body does fluctuate in weight, especially women.. So I decided to buy a measuring tape and measure different parts of my body.
Lets all measure ourselves!
Here are my measurements (i didnt measure with clothes on)
NECK: 13 in. SHOULDERS: 37 1/2 in.
UPPER ARMS: R & L- 11 1/2 in. BUST: 32 1/2 in.
UPPER ABDOMIN: 29in. NAVEL (1 in. Under): standing- 35 in. sitting- 37 1/2 in. LOWER ABDOMIN: 36 in.
BUTT: 40 in. THIGHS (TOGETHER): 36 1/2in.
UPPER THIGH: R- 23 1/2 in. L- 23 in. MID THIGH: 19 1/2 in. LOWER THIGH: R-16 in. L- 15 1/2 in.
CALVES: R & L- 15 1/2
