Hi I am thinking of starting New rules of lifting for women once I have purchased my multi gym.

Has anyone that has done it got before and after/during photos :) I would love to see the sorts of progress you get from doing the programme :)

Also I do not own a gym membership but as I say I am getting a multi gym will this be sufficient for the exercises ?
