I am finishing up the Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer. I am considering this program. My question, where should I begin? I am not a newbie. My fear is if I start at the very beginning I will get bored and quit. Any suggestions?

I don't think you will get bored. I was already an experienced lifter when I started and I didn't get bored. I did struggle with wanting to continue doing exercises that weren't in the stages (like DB Curls and bench presses in Stage 1), but as you progress, the workouts get tougher as long as you are adding weight to the prescribed exercise and you won't feel the need to add anymore.

Also, I found that dropping weight when I first started out allowed me to really work on my form...Like i knew I could easily do a 90lb back squat for 2x15 for Stage1 WO A, but i dropped it down to using the oly bar only. My squats are so much better now. Same with the deadlift. I can extend my hamstrings with a flat back almost to my ankles now because I started light and worked on my form.

    Good Luck!
