Intermittent Fasting / 5:2 / 16:8 etc etc...

I did my first IF day today.
Fasted midnight to 6pm. Then 500 cals.
Going to sleep unable to much on things was frustrating. I started to get hungry around 3:30pm. Other than that it wasn't too bad.
I planned a big salad, organic nonfat cottage cheese, & an egg white scramble. I think high protein & low fat helped with the planning.
Also just did some light stretching, weights & a walk. Wasn't planning on doing cardio today.
Gonna see how this is on Tuesdays & Thursdays for a couple weeks.

No I have thought about it though hun, (that and just about every other diet! lol! ) Ive just started the Dukan diet hoping to shift a few pounds, good luck!! x0
