Day 6 Level 1
Getting easier. I did a few regular push-ups in the first set. Didn't get down too low, but my core felt nice and solid. Form on lunges getting better, but still needs work. I'm actually looking forward to the final four days of Level 1. Kind of dreading Level 2, though.
ETA: Toyed with blowing this off today, but I got it in before the end of the day, with a half-hour to spare.0
