    Just a thought - but if you exercise or you compensate in caloric/nutrition intake the rest of the day, why not have your chicken biscuit? Will help you from feeling deprived... :)

    hahaha i do that. i compentsate for chinese food!!!

    I set mine for completely public. Scary I know. lol

    I've been keeping my calories just about 600 below my regular intake, but work on consuming more wholesome food, which have less calories anyway. I originally just stopped eating lunch, and it made me feel miserable. So I did a little research and having more smaller meals throughout the day is suppose to give your body an easier time to digest.

    So to make a long story short I have a big breakfast then just have small meals until supper, which is usually not to bad. My trouble is late at night I want to snack, and wouldn't you know we have ice cream cones, IC sandwithches, and my favorite chip and mint ice cream in the freezer.... To say the least If I cheat it's usually at night :)
