Hello! :) I am new to clean eating and actually have just started today. I am wanting to work on getting rid of all processed foods out of my diet and sticking to as natural as possible. It is a HARD adjustment but one that I have been needing to make for a LONG LONg time. I would love to have the support and encouragement and advice of others who are wise on this. :)

I've been eating clean on and off for the past year. I've managed to keep it up for two months so yay!! Once you get in the swing of it and remember to read labels, you will learn the best brands, know that it gets easier! My cooking skills have GREATLY improved too! You'll notice that you have much more energy and won't be as hungry. I've never felt this good IN MY LIFE!! Good luck to you, if you have any questions about anything at all, please ask! I will be keeping up with your post :)

  • Any grocery store items you can recommend? IF you could only purchase 5 grocery tems at the store what would they be?
  • I am a clean eater as well and would love to encourage you if you do the same for me! :) I have been clean eating for about three months now, but I grew up eating clean all the time, so its not new to me at all. Feel free to add me and take a look at me food diary if you want. I make everything I eat, don't buy premade food, and I don't eat processed foods, or refined grains like white flour or white rice. My list goes on and on, but if you are interested, I can tell you more! :)
  • Five grocery items I would buy would be:
    Bell peppers - sweet tooth
    Ground turkey- protein
    Chicken breast- protein
    Onions
    Avocados-fats
